Our services range from DSTV domestic installations, upgrades and repairs. We provide a wide range of services for domestic installations. We do complete new installation of DSTV single point installations for newly built homes, extra view setups – two DSTV decoders using one account, Multiview setups – multiple decoders using one account. There is a growing popularity in extra view and multiview setups as many more homes prefers to have each living room to have a TV point where they can watch different channels on a single DSTV account.
Multichoice has given all its premium subscribers free access to Showmax and this have seen a surge in the number of consumers upgrading to Explora decoders, we do all Explora upgrades and setting up of internet connectivity to the Explora decoders. We also create Showmax accounts for free to all our customers on DSTV premium accounts.
Apart from DSTV installations we also do OVHD installations, OpenView HD is the country’s first free HD satellite TV service, with OpenView HD there are no monthly subscription fees, you only pay once for the installation of your dish and decoder and enjoy TV for free, forever. With the economy not looking so good, the OVHD option might be the most cost effective for some households, as an OVHD accredited installation company, our once off installation price is second to none.
Our domestic installation division also prioritizes repairs such as fixing lost signals, replacing malfunctioning LNBs and broken cables, re-alignment of satellite dishes so that our clients are restored to their favorite DSTV channels in the shortest possible time.
All our repairs and new installations carries a 6 month no cost warranty to our clients. We also offer free unlimited telephonic advice and support, we believe there are minor DSTV failures that can be resolved telephonically without always having to pass the call out fee to the client.
